Long Island Legends Episode 1: Marianna Dalton
Welcome to the first-ever episode of Long Island Legends! For our podcast's inaugural episode, our host, Jeremiah, will be having a sit-down conversation with his wife and attorney of the Dalton Firm, Marianna Dalton!
Marianna Dalton is a lifelong New Yorker and experienced attorney focused on real estate and estate planning. After graduating from Stony Brook University and New York Law School, she worked with a major REIT and a leading foreclosure law firm, gaining extensive experience in commercial leasing, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate transactions. In 2019, she founded her own firm to offer clients accessible, responsive legal support—something she found lacking in traditional practice. Her passion for helping clients build and protect generational wealth through homeownership led to the expansion of her practice into Wills, Trusts, and Estates, where she combines advanced tools and deep expertise to help clients preserve their legacies.
Listen to the episode to learn more about her and Jeremiah's life story, and what lead them to where they are today.
